• Deliver a package to Blarton Blumble, who is in the first building at Windstalker Village, near a bed. ( -1830.68, -37.85, -541.38 ) /waypoint -1830.68, -37.85, -541.38
• Optional: While you are in Windstalker Village, speak again to Blarton to get his first quest. Also speak to Licha and Hartok to get their quests. You will need to be higher level to finish these quests. See Antonica Timeline for details.
• Return to Matsy for your reward.
