I have been hired to get a helm for Blat Berison from Frethe Zizlop. Frethe wants a deck of cards from Zoe Hertzflip. I guess one more step won't be that difficult.

Obtain Zoe's Wild Deck of Playing Cards from Zoe Hertzflip on the second floor of the building on the docks in Qeynos Harbor ( 932, -19, 1 ) /waypoint 932, -19, 1 and return it to Frethe Zizlop.
