1. Capture 8 a freed Krupp prisoner Frogloks around the Eastern Pens of Riliss post ( -2116, 9, 846 ) /waypoint -2116, 9, 846 by using the Froglok Shackles you were given.
   • You must fight the Frogloks down below 20% health before you can use the shackles.
2. Return to Keeper Slarn for your reward.
