Increased ranks will increase the duration of this effect.   Target Enemy Power Scales Casting 1.5 seconds Recast 45.0 seconds Duration Scales with rank Range Up to 25.0 meters Resistability 12% Harder   Effects: Prevents AoE (except when direct) Mesmerizes target Dispelled when target takes damage Does not affect Epic targets Resistibility increases against targets higher than level x (scales with level).
