Get a pint of jumjum from a tap in The Tower of the Drafling at ( -488, 24, 43 ) /waypoint -488, 24, 43. Once inside the tower (no access quest needed anymore) the tap can be found past the refinery tracks at ( 353, 20, 103 ) /waypoint 353, 20, 103 on the lower level of the Drafling Tower.
NOTE: If you intend to do this entire quest in one session, do NOT kill any Named Monsters in the Tower or you will be locked out and unable to re-enter the zone for the next step for 18 hours.
Be aware that the see invis mobs bixie retainer give AA, and if killed will start the lock-out timer for the zone.
Rukir sends you back into The Tower of the Drafling to talk to the Drafling himself. He is not there, but you can get an update in the Queen's Chamber at ( 478, 34, -28 ) /waypoint 478, 34, -28.
Go back to tell Rukir the Drafling wasn't in his tower.
The named can heal herself, and her entourage can as well.
Report back to Rukir, who will send you to deliver some vegetables to Franny in the The Fools Gold (near the Rivervale entrance ( -81, -14, -25 ) /waypoint -81, -14, -25). She is located in the bar, upstairs in the first room on the left.
You have six minutes to complete this step.
Note: Franny will despawn! Groups need to do this step/talk to her simultaneously. Re-spawn time is estimated at 20 - 30 minutes.
After the poisoned vegetables cause Franny to fall ill, go question Rukir.
Rukir will turn hostile and attack you. Kill him to complete the quest. He's 48 Heroic ^^^ *.
