What does this information mean?

[edit] Steps

1. Enter Antonica and look for the glowing skeletons on the ground outside the gates of Qeynos.
2. Search the skeletons for bone chips to spawn a brittle Antonica resident (level will scale to match yours) and kill them.
3. Repeat the searching and killing 10 times for 10 bone chips.
4. Return to Shepherd Bainyn for your reward.
