1. Sabotage the Order of Rime's frostruned weapons
   • These are the weapon racks at the base of the Order of Rime's captured tower you previously visited in the Steal Them Back! quest. ( 179, 79, 227 ) /waypoint 179, 79, 227
   • Note that a group of three including 2 a watchful sleetsaber and 1 a watchful nova-vicar will spawn during/after you sabotaged the frostruned weapons; it is not necessary to kill them
2. Talk to Beth Littlefort
