Target Friend Power Scales Casting 2.0 seconds Recast 5.0 seconds Range up to 20.0 meters Level 20 Mastery Ministration Effects 10% chance to apply Bounty of the Virtuous. Increases power of caster by (Scales) Heals target for (Scales).

This spell is not upgradeable

• The power restored is greater than the power to cast the spell at sufficiently high level, resulting in a net increase in power if the proc occurs.
