Steps Edit

1. Kill 4 Bloodskull tower guards near ( -560, -48, 457 ) /waypoint -560, -48, 457.
2. Collect the Bloodskull standing orders on the ground near one of the guards. Keep killing guards until it drops.
3. Return to Rainus Canton.
