What does this information mean?

- Kill fear feeders 36^^^ Heroic (395, 29, -828) until you receive a 'ripped out heart' (vial of blood), rare update...
- Harvest 20 Rythmic Stones in the Enchanted Lands (auto updates per every successful mining, only rythmic stones, ore doesn't work)
- Kill goblins until you find one with some blackened metal (auto updates - all Runnyeye Goblins work)
