What does this information mean?

The Avatar wanders around a fairly large area, just east of the North Qeynos bridge in the fields

[edit] Steps

1. Find the a keg of Blackburrow Stout in The Blackburrow Brewery (same keg as for These Boots Were Made For... heritage quest) .
   • Obtain some beer from the Blackburrow brewery ( 21, -40, 61 ) /waypoint 21, -40, 61.
   • Note: Getting to the brewery requires a swim under water. Follow the tunnel and just as it opens up you see a stack of brown kegs stacked 3 high. Right click the top keg for update.
2. Find a Gigglegibber Ginger Ale by zoning into the Bar of Brell and talking to Gergy Gigglegibber. He has the ginger but needs you to find him some Ale.
3. Buy some ale from Mraugl Stonecrusher (the bartender in the zone) for 1s 2c and return it to Gergy to get the update.
4. Find a shot of Love on the Coast
   • Head to Maj'Dul and talk to Amorous Ali ( -228, 161, -96 ) /waypoint -228, 161, -96.
   • Deliver a drink to Amavi Kar (-216, 161, -89) then return to Amorous Ali for the update.
5. Procure some Minotaur Hero Brew.
   • Find Charvis Drunkhoof in The Enchanted Lands not far from the entrance to Runnyeye ( 96, 25, -691 ) /waypoint 96, 25, -691.
   • Click and "tip" him over and then grab the brew from the bucket on the ground.
6. Find one of Tumpy Irontoe's ancestors.
   • Find Glug Irontoe on the docks in Butcherblock Mountains near ( 692, 24, 603 ) /waypoint 692, 24, 603. He tells you to seek Tumpy's spirit near Kaladim.
   • Speak to Tumpy Irontoe as he wanders along the road from about ( -253, 154, -419 ) /waypoint -253, 154, -419 to about ( 295, 150, -466 ) /waypoint 295, 150, -466. To obtain his current location, you can ask for directions from a guard. Tumpy wants you to streak nekkid across the docks in Butcherblock Mountains!
   • Stand on the Butcherblock Docks and and Trumpy appears and admonishes you "To Get Streakin". Use the Liquid Courage he gives you. When you take a drink you are nekkid and run automatically.
   • After you've finished streaking, talk to Tumpy on the docks where he appears (not back out near Kaladim!) to get the update.
7. Return to the Avatar of Below in Antonica for your reward.
