Collect 5 owlbear feathers. You will get a feather from every kill of any type of owlbear. You can find level 24 owlbears in Death's Maw at ( -529, 15, 52 ) /waypoint -528.84, 14.84, 52.23
Return to Torq for your reward.

- Emerald of Conflict (All Fighters)
- Nightfall Giant's Toothpick (All Priests)
