1. Speak to Elder Cloudsight, who is standing next to the portal from Tenebrous Tangle ( 482, 293, -539 ) /waypoint 482, 293, -539, on Isle of Desolation.
2. Slay 8 Vultaks of any type. The Vultaks on the same island will do (they are level 62-63).
3. Speak to Ahnjun Sprywing, who is found nearby on Isle of Desolation ( 380, 0, -620 ) /waypoint 380, 0, -620, for your reward and the next quest.
