   • Collect inanimate rubble (this is a ground spawn)
   • Collect an invoker scroll, auto-update from killing a Bloodscale invoker ( -165, 132, 37 ) /waypoint -165, 132, 37 - part of the ring event to summon the green dragon
   • Collect animating powder (this is a ground spawn)
2. Use A Defensive Summoning Scroll from your inventory-this summons a weak animated barrier, level 10vvv
3. Bring the information to Gaer Torrent in The Barren Sky, on Whisperwind Isle near the teleporter to Norrath.
