What does this information mean?

[edit] Steps

1. All pieces for the quest are collected in the room above the area you collected the notice.
   • Collect inanimate rubble (this is a ground spawn)
   • Collect an invoker scroll (this is off a Bloodscale invoker (-165, 132, 37 - part of the ring event to summon the green dragon))
   • Collect animating powder (this is a ground spawn)
2. Summon a small animated barrier by using the scroll in your inventory-this summons a level 10 triple-down pet
3. Bring the information to Gaer Torrent in The Barren Sky, on the Whisperwind Isle near the teleporter to Norrath.
