What does this information mean?

The Grand Master at the Wu Encampment confirmed that the samples you brought back to him were laced with poison. You are to counteract and neutralize the poison.

[edit] Steps

1. Speak to Grand Master Lu Sun at the Camp of the Legendary Wu in The Lesser Faydark at ( 781, 111, -281 ) /waypoint 781, 111, -281. You will be given a poison antidote.
2. Go back to that same provisioner tent from the last quest (with the 3 barrels -587, -61, 484) and right click each one and select pour antidote to update the quest.
3. Return to Grand Master Lu Sun for your reward.
