1. Speak with Captain Sivisk at the top of the tower ( 508, 44, 1504 ) /waypoint 508, 44, 1504
2. Go to Bathezid's Watch and speak to Flaxen ( 1006, 207, 1234 ) /waypoint 1006, 207, 1234. She tells you to rescue Threeko the Ugly at the Lake Ruins.
   1. Kill Murgurgl first for the key ( 473, -115, 567 ) /waypoint 473, -115, 567 . He is on a 72 min timer.
   2. Kill the 4 grouped Hypnoglobs around Threeko ( 448, -108, 727 ) /waypoint 448, -108, 727. Each Hypnoglob is 72 v, but they seem to be severely underconned. They are on a 15 min spawn.
   3. Hail Threeko again after the hypnoglobs are dead. Only one person can get this update at a time, after hailing him he takes 15 mins to respawn.
3. Return to Flaxen at Bathezid's Watch.
4. Return to Captain Sivisk.
5. Find the coins:
   • Named Updates:
     • Veksar Gran Coin: Kill Bisbing the Fuzzy in the Mines of Nurga ( 99, 48, -2151 ) /waypoint 99, 48, -2151 . Bisbing is on a 72 min timer.
     • Torsis Ton Coin: Kill Scales ( -1252, -135, 1371 ) /waypoint -1252, -135, 1371 or ( -1515, -114, 1632 ) /waypoint -1515, -114, 1632  or ( -1442, -117, 1571 ) /waypoint -1442, -117, 1571. He seems to be on a 1+ hour timer.
   • Harvests:
     • Ik Gran Coin: Inside Jaled Dar's Remains in the center of the Field of Bone at ( -1436, -371, -1488 ) /waypoint -1436, -371, -1488 
     • Terraz Ton Coin: In Ruins of Cabilis at the feet of Protectis at ( 364, 18, -1506 ) /waypoint 364, 18, -1506 
     • Royal Crown of Dalnir: Near Arcanaught Ska'Tu in the Sarnshak Encampment at ( -992, -203, -967 ) /waypoint -992, -203, -967 
     • Danak Gran Coin: At the foot of Gregor Thunderfist's bed in the giant village at ( -876, -292, -1904 ) /waypoint -876, -292, -1904 
     • Note that if your inventory is full you cannot harvest these coins and you will receive no message warning you of this.
6. Return to Captain Sivisk, and then return to Flaxen.
7. Go to Kurn's Tower ( -1939, -371, -1919 ) /waypoint -1939, -371, -1919  and dismantle the Skeleton Spy (a shambling skeleton) by hailing and attacking him. This will start a 15-minute timer.
8. Travel up the ramp and defeat the four waves of horsemen within 15 mins (praetorian trackers) which can be found progressively up the ramp. They are in groups of 2, and range from 70 vv to 72 vv. When you reach the top, you must defeat The Shadow Rider with a lvl 72vv praetorian tracker who can be found on the far side of the upper level. Be aware that the horsemen may fear you.
9. Return to Bathezid's Watch and speak to Flaxen.
10. Speak to Grand Acumen Ralosk to receive your reward ( 920, 207, 1264 ) /waypoint 920, 207, 1264.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 14th February, 2008, NPC Grand Acumen Ralosk is back and is giving you a one time offer to exchange your old item for the Bangle of Thuuga which gives now +Spell Damage instead of +Heal "if you completed the quest before this date". In order to perform this exchange you have to sell your previous reward (for 69g 12s) to the merchant of your choice and then talk to Grand Acumen Ralosk to be offered a chance to buy the Bangle of Thuuga (for 70g).
