After encountering and defeating Rungupp deep within Toxxulia Forest, examine his severed head.

Now that Rungupp is slain, find out if any reward is offered.
Return to the Paineel Commons and as you approach the commons, look to the right. You will see a wanted poster that looks like a crafting clipboard. ( 1805, -299, 3445 ) Copy/waypoint 1804.58, -298.99, 3445.45

Completing this quest gives +1,000 faction with City of Paineel
The Rewards seem to have changed, you now recieve depending on your class:
