  • Inspect a tablet of runes at ( 224, 30, 344 ) /waypoint 224, 30, 344
  • Inspect a tablet of runes at ( 82, 31, 504 ) /waypoint 82, 31, 504
• Kill 6 Anuk'Sul chancellors located all around the Halls of War.
• Go to the Serpent of Rhonen'Fyr at ( 141, 15, 299 ) /waypoint 141, 15, 299
• Inspect a ceremonial weapons rack at ( 214, 0, 395 ) /waypoint 214, 0, 395
• Killing:
  • Kill 3 consuls of war
  • Kill 5 emissaries of war
• Return to and inspect a ceremonial weapons rack
• Inspect the Rune of Arbo (5 minute respawn) at Bath of Bloodshed ( 149, 0, 365 ) /waypoint 149, 0, 365
