What does this information mean?

This quest grants access to Bloodskull Valley: Excavation Site, a special instance of Bloodskull Valley. The fallen blackguard is surrounded by aggressive monitor behemoths that wander all around him.

[edit] Steps

1. The first thing you need to do is kill the Bloodskull messenger in the The Commonlands. He wanders in a small circular path in the area east of The Ruins of Val`marr. The southern end of his path takes him right by the tent and small graveyard that you spawn at when you die.
2. After this you must gather 4 mineral deposits. These are clickable rocks not too far from the entrance of Bloodskull Valley. Go to the bottom of the map where the river runs into the mountain (left page of Commonlands map & close to the Hidden Canyon Station), and work your way to the east. All of the deposits are rock piles that are in the middle of the main path.

   • jagged piece of ore ( 164, -46, 607 ) /waypoint 164, -46, 607 
   • shimmering piece of ore ( 94, -47, 604 ) /waypoint 94, -47, 604 
   • chipped piece of ore ( -46, -44, 599 ) /waypoint -46, -44, 599 
3. Return to the fallen blackguard.
