This is an alternate quest from the Baron, before the final quest, He Brought It First!. Instead of responding that you want to take out the necromancer, select "I want to kill more of the Satharian Iskar".

1. Kill 6 legionaires in Sebilis (near the Audience Room).
2. Return to Baron Terrask.
