What does this information mean?

This is the quest that allows Alchemists to distill dusts into higher level ones. This quest is not sharable. To complete this quest, you must travel to Everfrost & Lavastorm to gather components for Alchemist Janicia. These are all harvestable items. Harvesting them uses Mining skill for the crystals and Gathering skill for the scales, but the minimum skill required is not known. It is considerably below the minimum for this zone, however. Confirmed the mining and gathering skill in Lavastorm and Everfrost is required skill 1 (yes a single 1). This quest can be completed as a level 10 adventurer with little to no difficulty just be cautious of the sharks in Everfrost.
