Head to Fens of Nathsar ( 438, -125, 501 ) /waypoint 438, -125, 501 and use Query Element then Dominate Element on a docile water elemental that should be near by. You will then be given a buff which augments your vision allowing you to see the elemental plane.
If you had to wander off to find an elemental return to ( 438, -125, 501 ) /waypoint 438, -125, 501 there should be an elemental with the title "The Wounded" under its name. Its is a ^^^80 heroic mob. Use Query Element then Dominate Element and it will aggro. Kill it and retrieve your item off the body.
Return to The Apprentice

This quest is part of the Conjuror Epic Weapon Timeline, and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
