What does this information mean?

Now that you have cleared the difficult Nizara, City of the Nayad instance, you get to go play with one of the hardest raid mobs in the game, Chel'Drak the Ancient Lord in the Antechamber of Fate.

Steps

1. Kill Chel'Drak the Ancient Lord in the Antechamber of Fate, an instance inside The Mystic Lake. Zone in is by opening a portal outside the door to the Sepulcher of Zan Fi ( -14, -25, -10 ) Copy/waypoint -14, -25, -10, by using the Tanaan Portal Device.
2. Speak to Zhen Mei on the fourth floor of the Tower of the Four Winds in The Village of Shin
3. Hail the monk Dhae Lao on the first floor of Tower of the Four Winds in The Village of Shin
