The Tears grifters provide a series of quests which are repeatable solo missions that scale to your level (from level 45 to 60). The missions take place within small instances around Maj'Dul called A Maj'Dul Residence. It is random as to which mission you are offered. The reward is experience and faction tokens of your choice.

You can only do these quests twice every Norrathian day. Once you complete one, the next will be available 36 (Earth) minutes later.
