They can be found all around the lake, but can be difficult to spot because they are above you. I ran around tabbing and looking up slightly, and found eight of them together around ( -1009, 141, -2151 ) /waypoint -1009, 141, -2151 and five around ( -751, 141, -2107 ) /waypoint -751, 141, -2107.
