If you do not have enough faction with The Order of Rime(about 14K or so), this quest will not be offered. Therefore, it is suggested that you put on Order of Rime Illusion.

[edit] Steps

1. Kill 8 bonesplint spitters (These are the little spiders grouped with the "a bonesplint piercer") for their venom sacs at south of Kurn's Tower in Field of Bone.
2. Go back to The Sheet and deposit the sacs in the cask.
3. Talk to Bragek Joll.
