What does this information mean?

1. Hail Rooleean. He will ask you to wait while he destroys the shards.
2. After he has destroyed the shard, hail him again and he will become aggro to you.
3. He is now a 71^^^ Heroic monster. Kill him to get the orb of Tunare.
4. Return to Arloona Delyssa in The Lesser Faydark. ( -247, -56.5, -384 ) /waypoint -247, -56.5, -384
