      • Welmia is hiding upstairs in the Qeynos Harbor Tavern Mermaid's Lure. She is the shady patron.
   2. I should speak with Welmia, and see if there's any chance to get the Capsized Klicknik repaired.
2. I must help Welmia find what she needs to fix the Capsized Klicknik.
   1. I must locate the special wood that Welmia needs to repair the Capsized Klicknik. [0/50]
      • Harvest firebourne cedar in the Fens of Nathsar, in the Swamp of No Hope near -1263.63, -73.97, 540.62. It is covered with red flames and only harvests one piece each. A Wyverm of unusual size will spawn at random. Level was 83 but may scale. There are more near -1556, -59, 856 .
   2. I need to return the wood to Welmia Deepheart in Qeynos.
3. I must locate the four halves of the affidavit of charter, which could be on most any shore in Norrath.
   • I must find the upper right corner of the charter (Antonica, -598, -39, 828).
   • I must find the upper left corner of the charter (Lavastorm, -238, -128, 502).
   • I must find the lower right corner of the charter (Jarsath Wastes, 565, -51, 1231).
   • I must find the lower left corner of the charter (Kylong Plains, -1376, 2, -192).
4. I was able to return the parts of the affidavit of charter, and now must return them to Welmia Deepheart.
   • I must return these four parts of the charter to Welmia Deepheart in Qeynos.
5. I must turn the affidavit of charter in to the Port Authority in Qeynos.
   • I must speak with a Port Authority official to turn in the affidavit of charter. (Guster Malirious, Qeynos Harbor, 930, -25, 104)
6. I should return to Captain Screewoggins to deliver the news that Welmia is on her way to repair the Klicknik.
   • I must return to the Enchanted Lands, and give Captain Screewoggins the news about Welmia.
