1. Travel to the Seeping Ruins ( -1294, 15, -455 ) /waypoint -1294.18, 14.88, -455.39, north of Kunzar's Edge.
2. Find a ravenous leech ( -1145, 11, -460 ) /waypoint -1145, 11, -460, damage it until it is below 30% health, and use the Thermascope on it. A group of baby leeches will spawn.
3. Gather a single baby leech.
4. Return to Hraen Vutha ( -1374, 24, 516 ) /waypoint -1374, 24, 516.
