- Speak to Jabber Longwind at the portal from Norrath
- Speak to Grumglub. He is found just through the gate from Jabber, on your left.
- Left click and grab a jumper, small frogs found everywhere on The Temple Grounds island, especially near the Temple Grounds, until journal updates.
- Return to Grumglub for your reward.
