2. Give the testimony to a reputable historian Riss Taskel ( -2, -7, -133 ) /waypoint -2, -7, -133 in the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport or Ashtur Lawton in the Concordium Tower (blue transporter) in South Qeynos.
3. Speak with High Lord William Taros at ( 607, -65, 781 ) /waypoint 607, -65, 781 in The Commonlands. If he is not up, hail the statute of him that appears at the /loc.
