What does this information mean?
His pride includes 4 a hill cat huntresses (33-34). All a hill cat huntress appear to be placeholders for the Patriarch. Easily recognized as the only male on Zek, the Orcish Wastes.
Strategy
A fairly simple level 35 ^^^ heroic mob that can be soloed by a level 40 or duo/trioed of similiar level. Few resists have been noticed so you can simply control the Patriarch while killing the pride who do little damage. If you take too much damage killing the pride simply run away the pride members will not respawn for around 6-8 minutes.
The Patriarch himself does standard damage for a Tier 4 Heroic ^^^. Once separated from his pride the damage is easily handled. Slightly tougher than the a Hill Cat Matriarch.
