Kill Rilgor.
You may return to Moors via a portal at the back of the room ( -24, 1, 4 ) Copy/waypoint -24, 1, 4

Exit to Antonica, then destroy the Antonica gear portal by right or double clicking on it.
Destroy the Moors of Ykesha gear portal near Gabblin by right or double clicking on it.
Head to Lavastorm and use the note you got from the enchantress when standing next to any lava pool, such as the pool at ( -260, -128, 381 ) Copy/waypoint -259.96, -127.94, 381.17
In your mail box, open "Norrathian Express Delivery Service - A Sealed Package" and choose "Receive Gifts"
