The note tells you to hurry to Firemyst Gully before it is too late. Alas, no matter how fast you hurry, you are always too late. When you enter this instance of the zone (Firemyst Gully: A Foul Wind), you will find devastation and a large number of undead monsters that require killing; many of these will give AA. The quest completes once you zone in.
