1. Obtain the following five quest updates:
   • scepter - obtain by killing a Frosthorn stormcaller
   • diadem - obtain by killing a Frosthorn vindicator
   • tiara - obtain by killing a Frosthorn shadowgore
   • idol - sitting on the outcropping at ( 120, 27, -530 ) /waypoint 120, 27, -530
   • urn - sitting on the ground below the overhang at ( -25, 21, -430 ) /waypoint -25, 21, -430
2. Speak to Idona at Icespire Caverns.
3. Speak to Thyr Stormhammer at Bitterwind Pioneer's Encampment.
