1. Obtain the following five quest updates:
   • scepter - obtain by killing a Frosthorn stormcaller
   • diadem - obtain by killing a Frosthorn vindicator
   • tiara - obtain by killing a Frosthorn shadowgore
   • idol - sitting on the outcropping at ( 118, 26, -529 ) /waypoint 118, 26, -529
   • urn - sitting on the ground below the overhang at ( -25, 21, -430 ) /waypoint -25, 21, -430
     • make sure all party members pick up the idol/urn at the same time as they disappear when looted
2. Speak to Idona at Icespire Caverns. ( -200, 38, -636 ) /waypoint -200, 38, -636
3. Speak to Thyr Stormhammer at Bitterwind Pioneer's Encampment. ( 459, 0, -210 ) /waypoint 459, 0, -210
