What does this information mean?
This is an unlimited repeatable quest as long as you can get the starter.

- Examine the key and notice the skull and crossbones on the handle.
- Find the entrance to Buccaneer's Rest by clicking on the basement door at the Coldwind Lighthouse. ( 343, -9, 830 ) /waypoint 343, -9, 830

You no longer need to be in a group of 2 or more in order to complete the quest; just enter the zone.

This quest grants access to a special instanced area of Antonica called Buccaneer's Rest.
