This area will spawn bloodsaber medics and ruffians, as well as the sentinels.
There are only about 6-8 bloodsabers total in this area, and generally only 1 to 3 will be sentinels. It will take several spawns to complete any of the two quests that require their death. As both quests are the same journal level, it's best to try and do both quests simultaneously.
